Classes
Each classroom is structured to teach age appropriate material with specific guidelines to follow. We believe children learn through hands on playing and papers. We introduce weekly fine motor, gross motor, science, math, music, Spanish vocabulary, history, international, cooking, and poetry, along with daily art. Our children are encouraged to express themselves and not forced to participate in any project. We try to get each child on a structured daily routine to help them understand what comes next in their day. Each classroom has goals we would like to see met before they graduate. All goals may not be met but this is natural. All children are tested two times throughout the school year to assure they are improving. Parents are given the opportunity for conferences with the director to discuss their evaluations. |
